    Have Proven Experience: To meet the demands of our high-profile assignments, a minimum of 4 years in executive security, law enforcement, or military service is required.

    Be Well-Equipped and Prepared: Candidates must bring the right tools and skills to the role, including firearms training, situational awareness, and a demonstrated ability to think on their feet.

    Hold Essential Credentials: A valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) or LEOSA card and a valid driver’s license are non-negotiable.

    Be Armed and Ready: You must own a firearm chambered in 9mm, paired with a Level 2 holster.

    Stay Ready for Action: A willingness to accept on-call assignments, often with short notice, is essential to succeed in our dynamic environment.

    Be Knowledgeable and Skilled: A solid understanding of security protocols and the ability to apply them effectively in any situation are key.

    Look the Part: A polished, professional appearance is mandatory—our team members represent the best in the industry.

    Navigate Conflict with Tact: The ability to de-escalate tense or potentially hostile situations is a crucial skill.

    Adapt with Ease: Flexibility in scheduling and the capacity to perform in diverse environments are vital.

    Show Commitment to Safety: Current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are preferred.

    For 1099 Contractors In addition to meeting all qualifications listed for W2 employees, contractors must:

    Possess a valid Massachusetts Security/Private Investigator License.

    Additional Requirements

    Excellence in Armed Service: All armed personnel must pass Omnium’s pistol qualification at our contracted range. The $58 qualification fee will be reimbursed upon achieving a passing score.

    Recognized Qualifications: A LEOSA qualification within the past 12 months may substitute for Omnium’s range qualification.

    Preferred Qualifications for Executive Protection and Secure Transportation Assignments

    Specialized Training: Completion of a recognized executive protection training or security driving program (e.g., ESI, EPI, Lasorsa, Oatman, VDI, AS3, or equivalent).

    Impeccable Driving Record: A clean driving history ensures our clients’ safety and peace of mind.

    Large Vehicle Expertise: Experience driving large SUVs, such as Suburbans or Escalades, is a strong asset.

    Competitive compensation, from $35 to $75 per hour, depending on factors such as urgency, threat environment, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The average rate is approximately $55 per hour.

    Part-time W2 employees earn sick and vacation time and are eligible to participate in Omnium’s 401(k) program with a 4% company match.
