The ideal candidate will require reliable transportation in order to deliver supplies to our local Milwaukee office locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, and light construction.
- Work with contractors on building and equipment repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences.
- Manage waste and ensure proper recycling and shredding.
- Oversee landscaping activities, including the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Manage & Oversee Security Systems - Maintain and monitor the internal and external company badge system, ensuring secure access for employees.
- Office Supplies & Inventory Management - Utilize tracking tools to monitor office supply levels, place orders as needed, and ensure materials are stocked and available.
- Materials Distribution - Deliver office materials and supplies to Maximus offices within the Milwaukee service area.
- Support Community Events - Assist with the setup and breakdown of project-related community events and activities, including occasional weekends.
- Employee Safety Training - Conduct safety training sessions for both new hires and current staff to ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Purchasing & Data Tracking - Maintain accurate records of all project purchases and transactions, including data entry for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Invoice Reconciliation - Perform monthly reconciliation of invoices, ensuring all receipts and purchase records are properly documented.
- Security & Facilities Liaison - Serve as the direct point of contact for onsite security personnel, ensuring seamless coordination between security and program operations.
- Workstation Setup & Breakdown - Assemble and dismantle employee workstations as needed to support team transitions and office changes.
- Other Duties as Assigned - Support additional facility-related tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
- Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
- Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.
- Reliable transportation will be needed in order to travel to our Milwaukee office locations
- Must be able to be on your feet for a long period of time
- Ability to multitask
- Order management skills

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
