Bilingual Collection Representative
Provide technical leadership the staff on-site to support CCDC, CBC G-6. Support will be to provide enterprise-wide on-site Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity (CS) and Staff Support Services in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Dugway Proving Ground, UT. Functional areas include Project management, System administration, Network engineering, operations and management support, Cybersecurity, SharePoint administration, solutions architecture and development, IT facilities, and IT warehouse support.
THIS IS CURRENTLY IN THE CONTINGENT STAGE AS WE ARE LOOKING FOR PERSONNEL TO FILL KEY POSITIONS AS PART OF THE PROPOSAL STAGE OF THE PROCESS.
We are seeking a full time, on-site Senior Administrator Lead to provide technical processes and technical management for our on-site team. Support will be provided to the Army Combat Capability Development Command, Chemical Biological Center, G-6 (CCDC, CBC G-6) based out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, which has a requirement to conduct and synchronize operations across the Army instance of the Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) portion of the DODIN in support of and to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the DoD data and DoD information systems (IS) used by the RDT&E community. This includes providing services for the protection, monitoring, analysis, detection and response to unauthorized activity within the DREN and defending against unauthorized activity. Additional support will provide intelligence support to cyber operations, including contingency operations and exercises, to include research, evaluation analysis, integration, and interpretation of information from multiple intelligence and operational sources, and fuse the information into finished intelligence products for anticipated or unspecified intelligence production requirements. This is a contingent hire based upon contract award. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented with solid managerial, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks, independently, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated systems and networks, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. Supervises team of systems administrators through project completion. Plans and performs systems engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with system design, engineering and customer specifications. Responsible for major technical/engineering projects of higher complexity and importance than those normally assigned to lower level engineers. Performs with great latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions. Coordinates the activities of systems administrators assigned to specific system administration and engineering projects. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. MUST HAVE A CURRENT SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SINGLE SCOPE BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION WITH EDIBILITY TO MEET THE IT-I REQUIREMENT AND OBTAIN A TOP SECRET OR TS/SCI CLEARANCE.
