Description & Requirements
Maximus is currently hiring a full-time Lead Clinical Assessor to complete in-person Level II PASRR assessments in accordance with contract directives, company processes, and contract requirements. These field assessments can/may be conducted in nursing homes, hospitals and/or various community settings.
This is a Full-time position that requires up to 75% travel in and around the state of Delaware including New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties. Enjoy reimbursement for mileage, tolls and parking!
About the program: We work with the State of Delaware - Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DHSS/DMMA) to administer the federally mandated Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) through a web-based system. This includes Level I screens and Level II assessments for Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and SMI/IDD/Related Condition (RC).

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
