Want to enter the exciting field of Private Security? We are seeking professional FULL-TIME, Private Security Associates for various locations throughout the Greater Boston area. Three shifts available. Full-Time positions, must be available to work every other weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Conducting interior and exterior vulnerability assessment tours of assigned properties.

Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.

Monitoring in-house security systems with CCTV Cameras.

Responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.

Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.

Maintaining a professional appearance and interaction with public.

Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generate Incident Reports as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Must own at least one dark-colored suit.

Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.

Must be flexible regarding the schedule and work environments.

Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills and work independently.

CPR, First Aid, and AED training is a plus but not mandatory as all employees.

On-going comprehensive security training is provided.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Rapidly respond to security requests and situations.

Able to lift 25 lbs

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Pay range from $23.00- $26.00 per hour
