SFHN Associate Chief Operating Officer, Integrated Rehabilitation & Health At Home (0942 Manager VII)
Job Description
The SFHN Associate Chief Operating Officer, Health at Home & Rehabilitation Services is responsible for two critical services for SFHN: Health at Home and the Integrated Rehabilitation services. Integrated Rehabilitation includes ZSFG and LHH Rehabilitation Services, and provides patient care services in ZSFG Acute Care, Skilled Nursing (4A), Outpatient Services (Ambulatory Care), and at LHH Hospital and Rehabilitation Center.
Essential duties of this position include:
Qualifications
** Required Minimum Qualifications**
Education : Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, AND
Experience** : Five (5) years of verifiable experience managing acute, post-acute, ambulatory, rehabilitation, and/or home health services all of which must include supervising professionals, AND
LICENSE** : Possession of a valid, unrestricted license issued by the State of California as a
1. Registered Nurse ( RN ),
2. Registered Physical Therapist ( RPT ),
3. Registered Occupational Therapist ( OTR ),
4. Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ),
OR
5. Registered Respiratory Therapist ( **RRT** ).
*EDUCATION SUBSTITUTION: Additional professional experience as described above may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years. One year is equivalent to thirty (30) semester and forty-five (45) quarter units.

One-year fulltime employment is equivalent to 2,000 hours (2,000 hours of qualifying work experience is based on a 40-hour work week).
