    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food industry, shift management, and assistant manager roles within retail food industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
    • Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability
    • Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

    General Overview We are looking for a purpose-driven Manager to join our expanding team and become an ambassador of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a highly productive environment focusing on building a motivated team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing other corporate priorities, focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence. As the role will evolve over time, the successful candidate will show curiosity in the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift our team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose Manager Requirements: Minimum 2 years management experience required Must be available to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) Must have stamina to stand approximately 8 hours per day and Must have reliable transportation Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision Ability to handle and resolve guest service issues Ability to handle and resolve team member issues Skills to use a computer and various software packages Ability to handle stress and high-volume operations Manager Responsibilities: Perform all duties of Team Member, Shift Leader, Trainer, and Assistant Store Manager Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 7 Team Members Assign, oversee, and evaluate all duties Lead the team in preparation, sales, and service of products Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and follows directions as listed within Recommend promotion, transfer, or termination of team members based on performance Ensure all guests receive superior guest service Audit all systems and procedures for 100% accuracy and completeness Willing to work overtime, holidays, and/or weekends as business dictates
