    Treehouse is a venture-backed startup company that simplifies the electrification of the places we live and work, with a focus on EV charger installation. Treehouse customers experience a seamless electrical installation process from start to finish, powered by a software-enabled electrician workforce.

    We are hiring a Project Analyst to join our team! The Analyst will support electrification project intake. You'll delight customers and colleagues by advancing electrification projects in their earliest stages, providing critical support for electrical project design, and working closely with our Sales, Install Operations, and Lead Electrician teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

    The Project Analyst will:

    • Serve as an electrification subject matter expert, comprehensively understanding and effectively communicating the intricacies of electrical installations to assist customers and colleagues.
    • Support training and performance management for an outsourced team.
    • Build and maintain a content library and support ongoing content improvements to ensure consistent policy application.
    • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Treehouse's Marketing and Install Operations teams, to optimize the sales funnel and enhance the overall customer and installer experience.
    • Identify and implement process and CRM/tooling in close partnership with the Head of Sales Operations.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and a consultative experience to prospective customers, establishing Treehouse as a trusted authority in the field.
    • Offer top-tier customer support to both prospects and partners.

    Successful candidates will demonstrate:

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role that is operationally focused
    • Experience working with a CRM and related tooling
    • Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented; must be driven to exceed goals
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Experience with home renovation, maintenance, or repair work or with electrical systems
    • Experience in a consumer sales function
    • Demonstrated interest in the climate-related field(s)
