• Gather project requirements from key stakeholders.

• Participate in cross-functional design sessions, exploring the project strategy and mapping out potential user experience flows and designs.

• Diagram interactions using a variety of tools including site maps, flow charts, and storyboarding.

• Develop complete wireframe page diagrams and functional specs outlining UI goals with an emphasis on simplicity and ease-of use.

• Optimize designs through usability research and site analytics.

• Work closely with our development team to translate wireframes into web creative designs and oversee the build of functionality.

• Develop print pieces such as brochures, flyers, ads, stationary, etc.

• BA/BS degree in design (or related experience)

• Deep understanding of responsive design

• A demonstrable body of work that showcases your skills in traditional & UX design.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

• Ability to work autonomously and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, while maintaining quality of deliverables.

• Track record as a team player who works effectively with a cross-functional team.

Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies and their inherent strengths and limitations as they relate to UX development.

• Mobile UI design experience is a plus.

• Prototype development experience is a plus.
