  • Responsibilities

    Kelaca is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client partner in Garner, NC. This position is responsible for processing incoming customer orders and coordinating shipping of orders with the warehouse. This position will also interact with customers on their daily needs and communicate with internal teams based on customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process customer orders from order entry to invoicing with close coordination with shipping department.
    • Schedule daily shipment pick-ups based on the shipment plan.
    • Resolves customer order inquires related to lead time, pricing, and any shipping issues.
    • Consults with operation peers on more complex, non-routine customer requests and concerns
    • Tracks customer orders/backorders/inquires and analyze trends.
    • Maintain documentation of verbal discussions and/or written correspondence with customer including reports related to pricing issues, shipping errors, etc.
    • Receive/process inbound orders thru EDI and process error reports as necessary.
    • Investigate and support A/R, and process NCRs in a timely manner.
    • Ensures that the JDE and WMS orders are in sync.
    • Assist Sales team as on Customer queries as needed.
    • Additional duties as assigned by Manager, OEM Customer Service.

    • Professional phone etiquette
    • Organized and detail focused
    • Analytical and good decision-making skills
    • Strong excel computer skills (create and manipulate worksheets)
    • Proven ability to work in a team environment
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

    Education / Certification and Work Experience:

    • Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Hours of Work in Office: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

    FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
