Kelaca is looking for a Director of Professional Services for our client partner in Raleigh, NC. The Director of Professional Services contributes to and executes the strategic vision leading service delivery for the company’s Professional Services Organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, the leader is responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services (i.e., consulting, implementation, and support) to help customers evolve their EAM strategies. The Director of Professional Services works to build and scale a services business, in a dynamic, values-led organization to enable customer and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Professional Services team exceeds expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting revenue targets and delivering business outcomes with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the VP of Professional Services to help establish and manage goals and responsibilities for services team.
- Share hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts helping sell on the value of what the company’s Professional Services has to offer.
- Ensure the Professional Services team exceeds corporate expectations in achieving billable utilization targets as well as core knowledge, communication, and execution.
- Define and maintain a high bar for team member expectations and enable the team to achieve it.
- Monitor performance of team members and provide timely feedback and development assistance.
- Manage resource assignments and staffing levels, including recruitment as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements to the processes and tools used as a seasoned with experience leading teams of project managers and consultants in support of external customers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on the company’s product releases.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry
- Working knowledge of maintenance practices highly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions required
- Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
- Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
