Manufacturing Manager – Houston, TX

Kelaca is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our client in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee machine shop and welding operations, ensuring cost-effective production and compliance with ISO, API, and QA standards.
• Develop and enforce manufacturing procedures based on internal KPIs.
• Hire, train, and manage Machine and Weld Shop personnel.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Optimize shop efficiency, production schedules, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to enhance processes and reduce defects.
• Manage operational budgets and handle customer product concerns.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in industrial, technical, or manufacturing field (or relevant experience).
• 10+ years in manufacturing/production, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA, ISO9001, API, ANSI, ASME standards.
• Expertise in MRP/ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with specialty valve manufacturing and project management preferred.

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM | Exempt
