We are seeking a creative and driven Real Estate Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and properties. The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and print advertising, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, including (but not limited to) “Just Listed,” “Just Sold,” and “In Escrow” announcements. • Develop and edit reels for Instagram and TikTok to highlight properties, company culture, community events, and market trends. • Brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement. 2. Print Advertising & Materials • Design and produce print materials such as brochures, mailers, and signage for listed properties. • Collaborate on real estate newspaper projects by updating property details, creating layouts, and coordinating advertisements with local businesses. 3. Graphic Design • Develop publication layouts for print and digital formats. • Create flyers for community events, real estate signage, and other promotional materials. 4. Website & Marketing Updates • Ensure the real estate website is updated with current property listings and relevant information. • Oversee additional marketing tasks, such as video ads at local gas stations, flyers for community boards, and real estate features in office windows. 5. Strategic Marketing Initiatives • Stay informed about emerging marketing trends in the real estate industry. • Propose and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications: Requirements: • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and video editing. • Experience in creating print and digital marketing materials. • Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure all marketing tasks are completed on time. • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and local businesses. • Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus.
