    Mechanical Designer II – Houston, TX

    Kelaca is hiring a Mechanical Designer II for our client in Houston, Texas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings following ASME, ISO, and API standards.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD (v.12+), SolidWorks (2016+), and SolidWorks PDM.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, coatings, castings, and machining.
    • Minor knowledge of valves and types of actuation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree or higher (preferred) in Design, Mechanical Systems, or related field.
    • 5+ years of mechanical design experience, including manufacturing knowledge.

      Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM | Exempt
