JOB DESCRIPTION
The EVP of Corporate Strategy will own four critical components of the Pluralsight business: 1- The company corporate strategy, including the annual strategy refresh, 2- All M&A activity including execution and integration of any new acquisitions, 3- Responsibility over a PMO (Program Management Office) driving key cross functional initiatives, 4- Executive Business Operations including OKRs, KPI’s and RTB’s. This executive role will report directly to the CEO. We are looking for a deeply strategic thinker that can not only create global enterprise level strategy but can inspire the organization to execute and deliver that strategy that provides a competitive advantage. This exciting role enables Pluralsight to achieve its mission to democratize technology. You will partner with all major functions across the company to help create a vision of what the future could and should be and a roadmap on how we can get there together.
This role would ideally reside in our new Draper HQ but is also open to remote options.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
High level company strategy (including the management of the annual strategy refresh process)
M&A strategy and execution/integration of new acquisitions, should there be any
PMO (Program Management Office) which entails ownership of key, cross functional initiatives
Company KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) and KPI management process
Company OKR(Objectives & Key Results) process and ensures that they are aligned to the strategy
Defines and manages the company operating cadence (Run the Business Meetings, Strategic planning sessions, QBR(Quarterly Business Reviews) calendar etc...)
Prioritizing the overall strategic direction of the company informed by industry research, analysis, and technology trends and assuring that business planning activities are aligned with the strategy.
Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and lead rigorous test and learn activities that frame new age growth initiatives.
Provides ad-hoc strategic support to various departments as needed
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:
Deep experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy with an emphasis in technology and fast growth companies
You’ve operated at an executive level and have a proven track record of influencing mid to large enterprises
Ability to clearly articulate/frame problems and apply structured frameworks to solve them
Amazing at communicating a vision for the future that is clear, and compelling
Experience working in/with SaaS companies and understands the key levers/drivers of success
Experience across all aspects of M&A activity (sourcing, valuation, negotiation, implementation)
Strong program and project management experience
Powerful presentation skills
