Kelaca is looking for a Product Manager for our client partner in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and expansion of a CRM product for US banks and credit unions. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, roadmap planning, and market expansion, ensuring that the CRM solution remains cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful.
Objectives Aligned to This Role:
- Define and execute the product vision based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
- Own product success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), feature adoption, conversion rates, revenue growth, and churn reduction.
- Engage with the fintech ecosystem and explore strategic partnerships to enhance the CRM's capabilities and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Define and own the 12–24 month product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
- Develop a standardized and scalable CRM product strategy, ensuring modular offerings for faster go-to-market execution.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously measure product performance, adoption, and revenue impact.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to craft intuitive, seamless user experiences that drive engagement.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, review backlog, and align Agile development processes with business priorities.
Financial & Business Success
- Develop and optimize pricing models for SaaS licensing, implementation services, and ongoing support.
- Create revenue and cost models to track profitability and ensure financial viability.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to enable go-to-market strategies, support deal closures, and provide data-driven insights.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell strategies based on customer usage patterns and data analysis.
- Support go-to-market execution by tracking feature launch impact and aligning with sales pipeline goals.
Ecosystem Engagement & Partnerships
- Engage with the fintech ecosystem, industry groups, and technology providers to expand product capabilities.
- Explore strategic partnerships and integrations that enhance the CRM offering for banks and credit unions.
- Work with third-party technology providers, consultants, and regulators to ensure compliance and future-proofing.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, and financial technology innovations.
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and panel discussions to showcase product innovation.
- Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and case studies that establish thought leadership.
- Actively track and influence market trends, ensuring the CRM remains ahead of the curve.
Skills and Experience:
Education & Experience
- MBA and/or Engineering degree from a top-tier institution.
- 8+ years of experience in the BFSI or CRM domain, including at least 3 years in Product Management, with a strong focus on SaaS, B2B, and Enterprise solutions.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, Digital Banking, AI/ML, and Data Science.
- Experience with Digital Journeys, Customer Experience Personalization, and Observability Tools.
- Familiarity with fintech partnerships, API integrations, and financial services innovation.
Business Acumen & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Proven track record in developing product-led growth strategies.
- Ability to drive product-market fit, feature adoption, and expansion strategies.
Leadership & Communication Skills
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Technology, Business, Sales, and Marketing.
- Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams, including offshore development teams.
