Job Description
A Vice President of Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery, with a specific focus on automotive and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the digital agency space, coupled with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and emerging technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Develop and maintain a strong project management framework, including processes, methodologies, and tools, to enhance project execution and delivery efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and strategy, to ensure seamless project handoffs and optimal alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Drive and align the strategic direction of projects with the goals and objectives of our clients, leveraging emerging technology trends to deliver innovative solutions.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and consistently exceeding their expectations.
6. Implement and maintain project management best practices, including risk management, resource allocation, and project tracking, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Stay informed and up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and emerging technologies within the automotive and technology sectors, and apply this knowledge to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and mentorship to drive professional growth and development.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership, highlighting project performance, key financial metrics, and client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, project management, or technology. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or consulting firm, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
3. Strong understanding of the automotive industry and technology landscape, with experience working on projects related to automotive digital

Compensation Range: $185,000 - $205,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
