    Job Description

    The role of the Razorfish Early Career Talent Acquisition Manager is to develop and implement an entry level hiring program. The Manager will define and uphold the strategy for our Early Careers program, maintaining a clear focus on relationship management, candidate generation, candidate experience, and onboarding. The Manager functions as a subject matter expert on the Early Careers process and strategies, helping to establish best practices; building, maintaining, and updating documentation as needed.  This individual contributes to training initiatives both within the Talent team and across the organization.

    The Manager also serves as a lead recruiter, managing a diverse pipeline of candidates, and actively managing an independent workload. It is imperative that this individual be highly adaptable, able to manage a high volume of operational work and individual requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, communication, and candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Early Career Manager will set the direction, vision, and strategy for an entry level program.
    • Partner with internal teams including Talent Partners, Resource Management, Marketing, Learning & Development, Capability teams to develop approaches and implementation of practices.
    • Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment practices; lead the recruitment cycle for Early Career hiring with an eye towards diversity.
    • Define and execute on-boarding program through internal partnerships enabling deployment into the organization with high productivity.
    • Ensure development of career counseling, career pathing, and other talent programs that support the growth and advancement of each hire.
    • Establish the Razorfish brand on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations.
    • Research, develop, and maintain non-traditional, non-university partnerships such as apprenticeship programs, secondary and trade schools, coding boot camps, etc.
    • Partner with Publicis Group Early Career teams, leveraging best practices throughout the life cycle of engagement.
    • Establish metrics for program success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements.
    • Partner on the development and deployment of onboarding program that drives quality experience, enables rapid productivity and supports growth and retention plans.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in early career recruiting or university career services or related field
    • Extensive knowledge of recruiting workflows and client engagement
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
    • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
    • Strong program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives
