Responsibilities: • Hold open houses regularly • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base • Contact potential sellers to schedule and conduct listing presentations to showcase the team's unprecedented customer service • Consistent networking to help acquire new business • Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status • Buyer showings and analysis Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Must be a self-starter • Must be computer literate • Extremely professional, reliable, and responsive • Highest level of integrity and honesty • Ability to work evenings and weekends Compensation: $60,000-$150,000
