Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for Cross-Channel Digital Initiatives (including but not limited to CRM, 360 Campaigns, Social Marketing, User Experience and Design, and other digital asset creations across both owned and paid channels) to increase our clients’ relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content.
In this role, you will lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within your assigned account(s). You will collaborate across multiple stakeholders to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team.
The desired candidate is capable of leading multiple tracks of development and managing large size, more complex CRM and digital programs, and adapts quickly to change. In addition, the candidate should have a strong background in reporting analysis and extensive strategic planning experience. They should be adept at collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and effectively communicating with clients at all levels on a day-to-day basis.

Compensation Range: $159,500- $250,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
