Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas! 

The Architectural Operations Manager will assist the Regional Director in the successful management of team members, financial operations and work for the region. This position may be supplemental to other duties including project management.

OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the office leader in the management of project workload, staffing and financials
• Assign projects and resources
• Monitor and correlate forecasts and billings
• Develop and monitor Work Plans
• Attend monthly business calls and monitor project awareness reports
• Meet with team members regularly to discuss projects, financials and personal growth
• Ensure team members are fully utilizing Ware Malcomb tools and resources successfully
• Assist in providing training to new team members
• Be a technical resource to team members
• Monitor and maintain quality control of projects drawings and documentation

OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred minimum of 7 years experience in Project or Operations Management in the architecture industry
• Experience managing financials including budgets, billings and forecasts
• Experience working on commercial, industrial or retail projects strongly preferred. Other architectural project types will be considered.
• Account or Program Management experience is highly desired, but not essential
• Deltek Vision experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field strongly preferred
• Strong technical, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred
