2025 MBA Finance & Strategy Leadership (FASLEAP) Summer Internship
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of prestige skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic MBA summer interns to support our finance team in various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, and planning. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for MBA students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic finance environment.

The MBA summer internship program forms part of our efforts to recruit candidates into our full-time Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP). The Company’s Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) is a two-year comprehensive rotational program that is designed to provide MBA Associates with experience across multiple finance disciplines through experiential learning and training. This program is a critical component of the company’s focus on developing strategic finance talent and capabilities.
Qualifications
MBA summer intern applicants should have a focus in finance, strategy and/or general management, and be on-track to complete their MBA in 2026. A minimum of 5 years of work experience is preferred. To be eligible, students must be permanently authorized to work in the US.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $48.57. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to this hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
