    PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:

    Work closely with Vice President, Global Product Marketing and Team to support cross-category Global Product Marketing Function.  Manage team deliverables for key strategic meetings and special projects, synthesis of cross category data, ownership of ongoing Product Marketing projects including line edit and tooling budgets. Support team as needed in the development and execution of new product launches from concept to final program delivery. 

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Cross-team coordination of Product Marketing deliverables in support of key Brand meetings including Strategy, Innovation and Regional Round Tables

    • Synthesis of key sales and consumer insights data across categories

    • Ownership of brand tooling budget

    • Close partnership with Consumer Insights and Product Development Team to lead the process and development of stimuli for product concept testing.

    • Leadership of annual line edit process

    • Support Global Product Marketing team as needed in support of new launch development including the creation of concept and program briefs, innovation portal inputs, cost of goods, pricing, bulletin creation, forecast analysis, and launch recaps

    • Conduct store visits as needed to assess competitive messaging, eventing, promotions, merchandising and product innovation

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with multiple individuals

    • Must possess pro-active critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations and solutions

    • Must be professional, flexible, positive, engaged, responsible, creative, and willing to continually learn

    • Must be team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with Global Marketing team, cross-functional teams and Regions

    • Must be highly detail-oriented, double checking work, with un-prompted follow-through

    • Must have strong and concise verbal and written communication and presentation skills

    • Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility.

    • Able to handle matters of a highly confidential matter. Must be discreet

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    • Should demonstrate a positive attitude
