  • Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for creating and developing talent/artists within the region and education plans for regions, salons that grow technical expertise and sales in hair color. Partnership with salons, sdps and sales leaders is critical component of the role, and creating synergistic support system for growth of the region through education/sales cycle of support.

    Qualifications

    • Partnership in sales territory by developing strong Education plans tied to Sales goals, Education Scorecard, Deliverables and the brand initiative calendar
    • Manage development of Purefessional population
    • Responsibility for developing Purefessional and Certified Trainer network to meet current and future business needs; reinforces existing capability to sustain current business results
    • Oversee recruitment of Purefessionals and Certified Trainers
    • Hair industry experience to effectively deploy all education seminars and programs and establishes clear expectations on how we want Aveda Education team to show up, leading the industry
    • Builds effective networks both internally and externally for learning, sharing and benchmarking. Builds and maintains relationships with the education/sales teams salons and artists.
    • Acts as an owner of the business and answers for results. Puts in place a plan of action; follows through to achieve exceptional results
    • In touch with trends, current thinking and issues within the beauty/hair industry
    • Attends regional and company meetings for further personal and career development
