  • Responsibilities

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Support in the development of clear digital social, omnichannel CRM strategy to accelerate overall brand growth, including establishing KPIs to measure success and drive best in class analysis and practice
    • Lead team and agency on overall social media platform for the brand, utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO etc.
    • Support in launching new products, analyzing business data, planning and executing digital communication include segmentation, wise use of influencers on content direction and paid channels amplification
    • Set up and define the brand CRM strategy and execution plan to maximize customers acquisition, engagement and retention
    • Partner with the team on influencers engagement, content partnership strives to generate higher social WOM and social mentioning and lead in all consumers’ analytics and competitor consumer engagement activities tracking
    • Analyze significant amount of consumer data to drive business forward and provide relevant action plan, and utilize social monitoring tools to identify untapped business opportunities and consumer insights
    • Work with Regional team in terms of digital and social assets deliverables, communication formats, influencers global program and in general all aspects of consumer marketing mix
    • Manage, plan and monitor the Digital and CRM marketing spending and review its efficiency, effectiveness and priorities on a regular basis
    • Oversee data analysis and reporting for all offline and online programs

     

    Brand Communication

    • Take ownership of brand communications role to deliver brand message and relationship management with media, KOLs, public and collaborating third parties, from traditional communications to ever-changing digital content development
    • Execute in the integrated social media strategy with PR, KOLs relations, digital and event campaigns and create dynamic, out-of-the-box campaign ideas, primarily on digital PR and communications
    • Achieve social media KPIs such as reach and engagement of KOLs ad develop content for digital and social media platforms
    • Monitor traffic, analyze, and report digital PR and communications activities of both in-house and key competitors

     

    Consumer Relationship Management

    • Develop the CRM calendar for the brand
    • Coordinate with Regional Team to facilitate the best support in analytic tools, reporting and program content
    • Drive the local customer growth and retention based on the Regional and local brand directions
    • Plan and execute CRM programs and develop the best CRM protocol and practice for the market to support continuous business growth
    • Develop strategic planning, flawless execution, and stock management for loyalty programs
    • Manage and improve effectiveness and accuracy of local customer database
    • Review current system and provide recommendations if appropriate in support of running CRM programs to drive efficiency

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent
    • Minimum of 7 years CRM, PR, marketing experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity from MNC, preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG fields
    • Experience from in-house role or PR/Digital Media Agency is a plus
    • Creativity and Positive working attitude with strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills
    • Hands on experience with customer related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing activities and transaction driven
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, data analytics and customer metrics measurement skills
    • Good business acumen and passionate in the beauty industry
    • Excellent command of English and Chinese
