Coordinator, Online, Dr. Jart+ North America
This position will predominately provide coordinating assistance to the Director of Online, working closely with the team on execution of the business strategy. Furthermore, the role will provide administrative assistance to the VP / GM of North America. We will give you day to day exposure to collaborative and creative teams that are responsible for bringing the Dr.Jart+ brand experience to consumers across North America. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team and get exposure to multiple facets of the business including commercial areas like online as well as digital and creative execution. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running as a day-to-day support to the team.
This role would be split as follows: 70% Online team support, 20% administration support to VP / GM, and 10% Creative team support. This individual would possess the ability to build collaborative cross functional relationships and proactively seek ways to improve organizational efficiencies with the ability to perform a broad range of activities across functions.
Position reports directly into the Director of Online.
BRAND SITE AND RETAILER.COM RESPONSIBILITIES (70%):
Manage product database including new product set-up, copy and how to use information
Assist with monitoring product inventory daily including out of stock items and managing new product setup
Active merchandising of the site to ensure a best-in-class customer experience - i.e. removing sold out items, moving down older products, adding seasonally appropriate copy and headers as well as content and scheduling timely removal of past programming
Create and track monthly requests for site and product copy (copy for homepages, landing pages, products and SEO-optimized copy) for brand.com and r.com accounts
Develop special projects such as seasonal landing pages, social trend-driven value sets and editorial content in partnership with Marketing and Consumer Engagement/Social teams
Execute site refresh process (request relevant assets in site specs in accordance with refresh schedule, looping in database resources and engineers where applicable); open bug tickets and enhancement tickets as needed; partner with UX team on new site functionalities and building experiences
Update database to reflect discontinued products, changes in price, shades, weight and copy. Maintain product categories in database for drjart.com and retailer sites
Develop and enter keywords to improve on site search as well as external search programs.
Assist with monthly reporting and monitor site KPIs and performance; adjust site experience as needed to maximize KPIs (such as monitoring site searches and clicks across the site menu; react accordingly in partnership with Director).
Collaborate with creative team to request assets for new products, GWPs, and site launches
Conduct final user testing and QA on all new pages, applications, offer codes and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience
Partner with Creative, Copy, Account Management and Marketing teams to plan retailer specific asset requests for product launches, copy, images, GWPs, promotions, category features, etc.
Provides all assets and product setup information to retail.com teams
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES (20%):
Manage weekly and monthly presentations that require cross functional team input – monitor and track timely slide completion across team members, compile presentation, check content for formatting
Book and coordinate travel schedule
Prepare and process expense reports on time on behalf of the VP
Assist VP / GM with ad hoc needs as it relates to larger NA meetings, events, etc.
CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES (10%):
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years work experience preferred
College degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Aptitude for working with web-based tools
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, problem-solve and seek excellence in execution
Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
Has a foundational understanding of the editorial / media landscape across online, social
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership
Outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills
Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects with a keen eye for design and user experience
