ELC Travel Retail Americas is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join the team. The Corporate Account Executive will support the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in doing sell-in of all brands for one or several retailers.

    Skills & Performance

    • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
    • Knowledge of business/commercial/financial acumen
    • Understanding and experience in retail sales and commercial management (including productive B2B relationships)
    • A passion for prestige skin care/cosmetics (desirable)

    Qualifications

    Business Activities

    • Ensure complete account management of retailers
    • Build and review trade marketing action plan

    Relationships

    • Guarantee collaboration with the Corporate Account Manager
    • Provide customer service to achieve/exceed objectives

    Administrative, Analytics, Reporting

    • Support CAM in administrative elements of their jobs
    • Review daily sales and reports to analyze performance to CAMs and RBDs (including OOS)
    • Build reports to analyze performance of CAM retailers (including monthly estimates, P&L performance, pricing)
    • Build assortments with marketing teams
    • Build Newness forecast and accuracy follow up
    • Support CAM with managing stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage with the identified retailers

    (including current and future orders, open-to-buy, inventory and replenishment)

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $103,750. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
