Director, Product Marketing - Smashbox
Purpose of Role:
Defines strategic objectives for SBX cosmetics and defines focus categories through new product innovation as well as commercial innovation. Both NPL and commercial innovation support must ladder up to the brand's objectives and aligns with the sub-category strategy
Develop and foster a strong year rolling calendar and 3-year strategic plan, keeping with the overall global category and brand objectives, to grow sales and profitability. Responsible for creating product plans and successfully executing on defined objectives to consistently deliver successful products and programs on time and on budget. Manage, train, and develop the marketing expertise of direct reports.
Scope of Role
Collaborate closely with PD, Commercial, Digital Marketing, GBVC, Creative and Packaging, as well as corporate partners in ELC including legal, and finance.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550 to $208,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
