2025 Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) – MBA Associate (Full Time)
The Estée Lauder Companies’ Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) is a two-year comprehensive rotational program that is designed to provide MBA graduates with experience across multiple finance disciplines through experiential learning and training. Over the course of the program FASLEAP Associates will have an opportunity to rotate across Estée Lauder Companies’ business areas such as:

LOCATION: New York (NYC, Melville)
Finance MBA rotational program applicants should have a focus in finance, strategy and/or general management.
To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
Corporate/Office Exempt Roles
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
