    2025 Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) – MBA Associate (Full Time)

    The Estée Lauder Companies’ Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) is a two-year comprehensive rotational program that is designed to provide MBA graduates with experience across multiple finance disciplines through experiential learning and training. Over the course of the program FASLEAP Associates will have an opportunity to rotate across Estée Lauder Companies’ business areas such as:

    • Office of the CFO
    • Corporate Strategy
    • Corporate Finance
    • Investor Relations
    • Brand Finance and Strategy
    • Regional Finance and Strategy

    Program participants will gain knowledge of the company, beauty industry, and key business skills as follows:

    • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and key performance indicator tracking to support informed decision-making.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategic growth opportunities to help the company achieve its short-term and long-term objectives.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiencies within finance and related departments, and actively participate in implementing changes to enhance financial performance.
    • Risk Management: Partner closely with cross functional teams to assess financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial position.
    • Executive Communication: Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and other materials for Senior Stakeholders.
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership: Establish strong partnerships with business leaders furthering your ability to provide input and influence decision making

    FASLEAP MBA Associates will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects and initiatives and support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. Program participants may expect:

    • Ownership of projects instrumental to the Finance function that are aligned to strategic business priorities
    • Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company
    • Mentoring by seasoned Finance executives
    • Coordinated training and developmental opportunities to gain deeper understanding of the business

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • MBA graduate between December 2024 and June 2025
    • 5+ years of work experience prior to MBA
    • Strong interest and desire to build a career in Strategic Finance
    • A passion for continuous learning
    • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, and willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence others.
    • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Preferred experience in SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, OneStream.
    • Strong interest in CPG industry and/or prestige beauty

    LOCATION: New York (NYC, Melville)

    Finance MBA rotational program applicants should have a focus in finance, strategy and/or general management.

    To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

    Corporate/Office Exempt Roles

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
