Global Marketing Coordinator - TOM FORD BEAUTY
Support Global Product Marketing for the Face Categoryat TOM FORD BEAUTY, in the successful implementation of a variety of strategic Marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate with the Global team across the entire Face category and work closely with cross-functional & regional partners. In addition, Coordinator will play a key role in managing the sampling offering.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
GLOBAL MARKETING SUPPORT
Support Global team in development of Marketing objectives, strategy and 3-year innovation pipeline, considering market landscape, trends and strategic fit with brand
Support team in creating competitive deep dives, category reviews and trend-spotting based on key new product launches and strategic subcategories within competitive landscape
Creative performance summaries of new product launches
Manage Innovation Portal for all programs: create and update concept & program briefs; input & track program financials, manage SKU categorization, code creation and tooling requests
Track key NPL deliverables ensuring timely delivery
Manage lab sample requests for product newness and regional requests
Create and update all Global Marketing Bulletins, destined to regional partners, through the Global Marketing Website (GMW)
Support in Retailer presentation creation and maintenance
Liaise with the Legal and Editorial Departments to submit & track copy submissions and approvals
Manage all Artwork submissions through Team Center and track key Artwork milestone dates in partnership with GBSC
Manage and cascade quarterly sales dashboards
Manage yearly sampling offering through the creation of: a strategy, product offering
MEETINGS AND PRESENTATIONS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or a related field
Internship experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, project management skills
Excellent written and oral communications
Proactive and has the ability to motivate others
Ability to work on a lean team with a fast-growing business (i.e. entrepreneurial environment)
Previous global and or marketing experience required
Preferred Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury industry
Experience with global marketing or international cultural exposure a plus
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects.
Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams
Must have excellent analytical and computer skills
Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26 to $39. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
