    ESTEE LAUDER RDDC EMEA IS LOOKING TO HIRE A VM & SD ASSISTANT to join the team starting July 2022.

     

    EMEA RDDC team is responsible to guide and advise Europe, Middle-east, Africa, Russia and India affiliates on every initiative in store that brings to life the marketing calendar, according to the brand guidelines and DNA, aiming for the most impactful consumer journey and storytelling of our launches, heroes and permanent collections.” This includes supporting in developing brand store design concept, partnering with the affiliates in the development and execution of SD concepts and VM assets and layouts, collaterals & planograms guidelines.

     

    KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

    As part of the ESTEE LAUDER RDDC EMEA team, you will support and collaborate with the Store Design  & Visual Merchandising team.This instructive internship has various missions that will allow you to fully understand the visual communication of a luxury  brand, work in the core strategy of an International group and learn its Retail stakes. You will be highly autonomous, entrusted with responsibility and you will speak English every day.

     

    SD KEY TASKS:

    • Adaptation of SD guidelines for the creation of spaces according to market requests
    • Production of 3D images (Sketchup) for internal and external validation
    • Realization of preliminary plan package (APS) to markets
    • Production of technical plans (APD) for markets and shopfitters
    • Production monitoring (validation of shopfitters' technical plans, verification of production up to remote installation)

     

    VM KEY TASKS:

    • Adaptation and of global guideline for product launch
    • Create or adapt the VM assets in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and creative teams
    • Production of technical drawings for local production
    • Follow up with affiliates
    • Design of specific POSM element and/or trade element to answer local needs
    • Develop VM competition survey & identify best practices to scale

     

    OMNICHANNEL

    • Graphic design for online assets (IG, Brand.com…)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education Level: Student of Graphic/Art school type of ENSAD, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, LISAA or interior design degree

    Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Last year of study

    Required Language Proficiency: French, English (mandatory)

    Additional Job Specifications:

    • comfortable using Mac

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) SketchUP, AutoCad & Microsoft Office

    • Rendering software is a plus (Keyshot, Vray)

    • Able to adapt to both SD and VM project

    • Capability to work in a team environment, very good interpersonal skills

    • Rigorous, well organized

    • Sense of aesthetics, Attention to detail

    • Adaptability, agility, open minded
