POSITION SUMMARY
This role will lead and execute a best-in-class Loyalty strategy delivering on business-critical Consumer KPI’s.
We are looking for an experienced CRM specialist with knowledge of both campaign management and communication, as well as data management and analysis. Strong communication skills are essential to work with various stakeholders.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CONSUMER INSIGHTS AND INTELLIGENCE
• Development and regular measurement against key Consumer loyalty KPI’s such as Recruitment, Retention and Repeat Rate • Provide regular and ad-hoc Consumer Insights to the Marketing and wider business teams • Display strong data mining skills to accurately extract consumer data from our CRM System (braze) • Work with CRM COE to manage raw data and deliver digestible reports • Strong interpretation and analysis skills to find key trends and patterns in data • Strong communication skills to display and explain findings and recommendations to wider business • Work with 3rd party Retailer datasets (eg- Boots) to understand at a brand and competitor levels what are the specific consumers insights of critical retailer environment
CAMPAIGN & PROJECTS : PLANNING TO EXECUTION
• Ownership, planning, execution and evolution of CRM launch and lifecycle communication strategy • Development of multi-channel communication streams across email, direct mail and SMS (+any other relevant communication media) • Work with CRM Assistant Manager to conceive and create campaigns that are locally relevant and capitalising on key consumer insights and trends • Development of bespoke lifecycle programmes for New, Loyal and Lapsed consumers • Development of bespoke lifecycle programmes to drive Loyalty – Eg. Birthday Program • Regular reporting and insights on performance of campaigns to ensure strong engagement and ROI with the definition of clear takeaways for next level of planning
DATA QUALITY AND INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
• Ensure that quality and integrity of data is maintained and is at the heart of the strategy • Have a deep understanding of all data collection points, data flows and data aggregation ensuring a seamless process • Seek out and develop new consumer data sources to enrich our understanding of the Clinique consumer
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
• Ownership and management of CRM budget
TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Management of 1 direct report at the moment
QUALIFICATIONS
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• Strong CRM expertise and knowledge of both CRM communication and consumer data and intelligence • 4/5+ years’ experience of driving and implementing successful & innovative loyalty strategies • Degree level candidate required. • Expert-level skills in Excel and Powerpoint • Expertise of Braze or other reputable CRM systems is advantageous • Strong knowledge of email development and management • Excellent understanding & experience of brand identity, tone of voice and how to communicate with the consumer.
