    The Company has developed ambitious Global Health and Wellness goals directed towards developing a sustainable and thriving Culture of Health where every employee can be their best selves. The position is primarily responsible for supporting the company’s Corporate Medical Director with the overall implementation of the global health strategy. This position requires a professional with health management experience with experience in management of corporate health programs and initiatives on a national and global scale.

    This role will be responsible for the management and operations of the Wellness & Health program including the internal Wellness Champions, and associated vendors. They will assist with the full integration of the Wellness & Health Promotion strategy into business processes and key business locations. They will strategically manage all clinic operations and vendors providing onsite, near-site and remote service. They will support the Global Wellness and Health Promotions strategy, design and development, including supporting policies as needed. As a member of the Corporate Health function, they will work closely with HR, Benefits, EHS+Sx, Facilities, Communications and procurement.

    • Supports the integration health strategy into the business, EHS+S, and people strategies.
    • Uses a variety of data sources including Human Resources, Health Promotion/Wellness, Health and Safety,
    • Security, Worker’s Compensation, Disability, Medical Leaves, etc. to identify employee health risks as well as the direct and indirect influencers of health.
    • Supports onsite clinic operations and near-site and remote health care support services.
    • Accountable for vendor relationships and vendor management activities relating to Wellness & Health Promotion.
    • Work with site teams to identify and implement viable medical projects that improve employee health.
    • Provides coaching, mentoring and support to all sites and businesses with implementation and optimization of health and wellness programs.
    • Manage the regional and site health/wellness champions.
    • Ensures compliance with all ELC Companies, country, regional, and local confidentiality and privacy regulations.
    • Monitors and develops process improvements, problem resolution and program re-design to increase program participation and successful outcomes.
    • Supports achievement of financial objectives including interfacing with Finance, business partners and generating customer Service Level Agreements and Chargebacks
    • Supports the CMD in representing ELC in regional benchmarking sessions with external organizations.
    • Participate in innovative and technology-based solutions that improve lifestyle related and behavioral health issues that support population health risk reduction and achieving a Culture of Health at all ELC companies.
    • Assures regular communication with internal teams, and business/vendor partners.
    • Engage employees at all levels in identifying and implementing solutions.
    • Meets with affiliate company management and business partners to communicate services, programs, outcomes, and strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Capturing, analyzing and reporting on key performances indicators relating to Wellness & Health Promotion
    • Global process owner for selected programs or processes.
    • Fosters an atmosphere of openness and information sharing.
    • Remain current with review and interpretation of epidemiological studies and understand state-of-the-art evidenced based medicine, public health and wellness studies and their relevance to company operations.
    • Remain current in their field of study or licensure.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree is required - Public Health or Health Services preferred. Certification as a Health Educator or in an allied health profession desirable.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Ability to be a powerful communicator and creative presenter to both clinical and nonclinical groups
    • Strong influencer with the ability to create “buy-in” from company leadership regarding medical and health initiatives.
    • Ability to work across various functions to deliver solutions and results that benefit the company and its employees.
    • Project management skills with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
    • Good negotiation skills matched up with a solid understanding of cost implications.
    • Ability to set priorities, reassess, and pivot in response to changing project demands.
    • Must be well organized, have excellent follow-up skills, and be able to move projects forward.
    • Should have corporate ready interpersonal skills and be able to present information in a manner that is understandable to a variety of audiences.
    • Ability to work in a matrix, team-oriented environment.
    • Highly developed cross-cultural awareness.
    • Fluent in suite of Microsoft applications.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
    and company results.
