  • Responsibilities

    The Commercial Regional Collateral supply manager will be responsible for the following:

    • Project manage the plan for North American and Canadian Affiliate Marketing programs as it relates to launch collateral and merchandising materials. 

    • Role includes project management, vendor relationships, transportation tracking and over all inventory health, with the goal to ensure on counter dates are achieved.

    • Strong ability to communicate, think independently, and lead team meetings within all levels of management.

    • Utilize NA Marketing Grids, Global Marketing Website (GMW), purchase order management (SAP/ARIBA), transportation tracking and SAP to track programs and manage collateral market requirements. 

    • Manage excess and destruction process for all collateral/merchandising.

    • Drive process innovation, automation, and change improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, E-Commerce or Marketing.

    • Minimum 4 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in inventory management, demand planning, business analytics and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry

    • Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.)

    • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to balance between and prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders across the globe

    • Knowledge of, and experience with demand planning, supply planning and inventory management techniques, processes and policies

    • Experience in the cosmetics, personal care industries preferred

    Capabilities:

    • Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (0-2 months) and operational (2-12 month) horizons, with focus on inventory management and supply planning

    • Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously

    • Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple cross-functional, matrixed stakeholders

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills and quick to react and respond to changes

    • Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done

    • Ability to work within and across a global, cross-functional team, collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders

    • Strong oral and written communications – able to comfortably present to senior leadership
