  • Responsibilities

    COORDINATES MEDIA AGENCY FOR THE AFFILIATE • Communicates with media agency in terms of tactical media-planning: negotiate timing projects deadline, revise media-plans provided by agency, check and collect mid-interim and final reports, check the final budgets and correlate PO budget in OPEX • In charge for the execution of the regional / global strategic media initiatives (e.g. Always on, search sprints, …), and utilization and deployment of the tools (budget allocator, performance media reports, media quadrant, and Media Center) • Provides reports on the monthly and campaign basis with the analysis of the effectiveness of the media investments based on internal and external benchmarking and ROI analysis. • PARTICIPATES IN THE BRANDS’ OVERALL MEDIA STRATEGY, EXECUTES THE PAID MEDIA STRATEGY • Based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan, executes the paid media plan: where to play, calendar, assets... in accordance with brand digital strategy and owned and earned media • Prepares agency brief, with review from Consumer Marketing, leads communications with the agency for branded projects. Controls plan and assets created by the agency • Responsible for on-time usage of media content • Organizes Effectively media data • Proactively reports to brand / DP team changes ENSURES BEST-IN-CLASS PAID MEDIA EXPERTISE AND USAGE OF MARTECH TOOLS • Keep up to date with market trends to drive digital expertise inside the affiliate • Identify key learnings and insights and shares across brands

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •Fluent English

    • Paid Search experience, ideally in a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena • Knowledge and experience working with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, or other Social Media Marketing Tools • Strong knowledge of Excel, and Google Analytics, Google Studio • Strong digital understanding, with interest in trends and new technology • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions • Strong communication skills - including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders. • Willingness to test, learn and challenge the status quo • Multitasking and decision-making skills
