    What You’ll Do

    As the Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Operational Excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and helping the organization stay at the cutting edge of execution excellence. Cybersecurity thrives on standards, collaboration, and innovation and you will help create the culture and environment rife for this excellence. You will support key initiatives to enhance delivery excellence and programmatic maturation, assist in collecting and analyzing data, create dashboards, and promote cross-functional communication and transparency. You will also create new ways to facilitate collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and enhance team-building activities to foster a cohesive community.

    You will bring your knowledge of cybersecurity to help develop processes, standards, and templates that empower leaders and team members in their daily activities. By monitoring metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will contribute to enhancing data analytics and reporting processes. Additionally, you will create and maintain content for collaboration and knowledge management channels, continuously updating and curating this content to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing.

    You will be responsible for:

    Support Operational Excellence Initiatives:

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures that empower all cybersecurity employees and teams to operate seamlessly across all functions and domains and at all levels.
    • Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of new capabilities that drive and scale delivery excellence and programmatic maturation.
    • Engage directly in cyber activities, not just following, but helping to drive excellence within each strategic effort, compliance effort, engineering effort, and cross functional collaboration effort.

    Business Intelligence, Analysis, & Reporting:

    • Collect, analyze, and report on program status, strategic delivery, and operational health through cyber measures and metrics to include partnering with our cyber and compliance experts to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
    • Maintain various dashboards to share actionable insights for various audiences – including internal functional teams on their delivery, operational health, leadership, and various cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to include executive-level governance committees.

    Performance Optimization:

    • Promote cross-functional communication and transparency.
    • Facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team-building activities to enhance the sense of community.

    Process Development and Improvement:

    • Assist in the development of processes, standards, and templates to support leaders and team members in their daily activities.
    • Monitor metrics and data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of data collection, analytics, visualization, and reporting processes to support decision-making.

    Content Creation and Knowledge Management:

    • Create and maintain content for collaboration and knowledge management channels.
    • Continuously update and curate content to foster interaction and knowledge sharing within the community.

    Innovative Approaches to Delivery Excellence:

    • Assist in identifying and implementing innovative approaches to operational and delivery excellence.
    • Collaborate with leaders and team members to explore opportunities for enhanced collaboration and engagement.

    Solution Implementation:

    Support the development and execution of solutions to improve performance and capabilities

    • Strategic and Operational Support: Ability to think strategically and support the implementation of operational initiatives.

    • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills and experience in data lifecycle management, analytics, visualization, and reporting. Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic design abilities.
    • Problem-solving and Proactivity: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing solutions. Initiative and autonomy in supporting strategic and operational goals.
    • Experienced in Cybersecurity: Knowledge of various cybersecurity domains, understanding foundational cyber concepts, compliance activities, and exposure to systems engineering and cyber tools, with a willingness to learn more.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
    • BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer; Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent, or Business Degree or related Business-Sciences degree with Cybersecurity experience
    • 3+ years IT or equivalent experience; 1+ year exp in Cybersecurity (any domain)

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,500 to $125,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
