    SUMMARY:

    The Senior Designer, Art & Design, will lead the creation of high-impact creative assets, focusing on product pages, infographics, social content, and supporting a range of marketing activations. This role also involves contributing to packaging and visual merchandising (VM) design specifically within 360 campaigns. A self-starter who can manage projects independently and oversee asset management is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute compelling product page assets, infographics, social content, and assets for marketing activations.
    • Contribute to packaging and VM designs specifically for 360 campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overarching creative vision.
    • Translate creative concepts into various assets, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
    • Deliver strong design solutions across digital and physical touchpoints, including digital banners for retailers for on- and off-site marketing.
    • Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
    • Independently manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
    • Take ownership of asset management, organizing and maintaining project files and digital archives efficiently.
    • Present work and collaborate with senior creatives to refine and finalize designs.
    • Ensure all creative output meets brief requirements and brand standards.
    • Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and design techniques to drive innovation.
    • Collaborate closely with social media, content, and marketing teams to align and deliver all assets on time.

    Qualifications:

    • BA or BFA in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
    • 4+ years of professional experience in a creative environment.
    • Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, packaging, VM executions for 360 campaigns, social media content, and marketing activation assets.
    • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of pre and postproduction, including retouching and video editing.
    • Basic After Effects/Animation skills are a plus.
    • Self-motivated with strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on asset management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
    • Passion for innovation within the cosmetics and prestige markets.
    • Awareness of emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
