  • Responsibilities

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage rerailer.com Sponsored products advertising investment across key retailers and brands

    • Deploy, optimize, and measure paid search campaigns (this is a “hands on keyboard” role!)

    • Oversee experimentation (A/B testing), attribution, ROI measurement and optimization for retailer sponsored products

    • Proactively identify new opportunities and build recommendations to maximize sales via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansion, bid adjustments, etc.

    • Improve transparency into marketing performance by conducting KPI-driven reviews and driving accountability with data. Analyze campaign data and trends over time and report findings to Online leadership.

    • Present results to internal stakeholders and provide insights on performance vs. KPIs and education on retailer algorithms

    • Partner cross-functionally on new tools that automate performance reporting and reduce manual efforts for regional and brand counterparts.

    • Identify opportunities for partnerships with key retail media vendors or retailer media networks that deliver savings and/or improved ROI for ELC.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    • 6+ years’ experience in analytical marketing roles, with hands on keyboard media experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, and/or paid search, specifically with ability to manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Criteo preferred)

    • Strong growth marketing skills with retail experience and a deep knowledge of media and how to manipulate retailer algorithms

    • Experience with retailer media platforms, retailers’ first-party data, retailer sponsored products, or paid search preferred (e.g., Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Tmall, AliExpress, Criteo, CitrusAd, etc.)

    • Deep working knowledge of key digital media channels (e.g., display, social, video, mobile, search, email, etc.) and an understanding of how to target shoppers throughout the funnel and drive conversion

    • Ability to derive insights from data; fluent in gleaning insights and summarizing performance in a way that can be easily digested

    • Ability to craft compelling stories from data and educate cross-functional counterparts (e.g., brand marketing, online marketing, key retail account managers, data science, etc.)

    • Serve as team thought leader on retail media and paid search best practices and provide ongoing to inform future strategies

    • Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and curiosity to test new tactics

    • Proactive nature, with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies and solutions

    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple brands concurrently

    • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,300 to $196,600 Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
