Senior Manager, Social Media, Global Communications
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to lead the development and execution of the company’s corporate social media channels.
As a key member of the Global Communications team, the Senior Manager, Social Media will develop a long-term social media strategy to ensure ELC’s channels reflect relevant company announcements and align with its core narratives and values. This role is responsible for ideating and driving engaging content across channels and platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders to effectively enhance brand visibility, elevate ELC’s executives and employees, and foster meaningful connections with key audiences.
This role will oversee the Coordinator, Global Communications, who is responsible for community management across all platforms, including publishing all content, timely communication with key audiences, and issues and risk mitigation.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends and cultural awareness, excellent collaboration skills, and a knack for engaging storytelling.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
