    Overview

    The SEA E-Store Shipping Assistant will be responsible for e-commerce order fulfillment, and completion of assigned tasks. This role’s day-to-day operations include, but are not limited to: pick, pack and dispatch of orders, inventory maintenance, returns processing, and assembly projects. This role entails executing the standards for order fulfillment. This role will be based in our Seattle Store Loaction, and will report to the SEA E-Store Supervisor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Fulfillment
      • accurate order processing of orders assigned to the SEA E-Store Team
        • printing order invoices / packing slip + shipping labels from iCat
        • printing FMP and DYMO Labels
        • printing gift notes
      • accurate picking and preparation of order items
        • picking correct units
        • preparing units properly and on standard
      • accurate packaging of prepared units for shipping
        • verifying order units from the invoice
        • execute proper packaging standards
      • maintains proper communication lines with the shipping carrier representatives
      • accurate reporting of EOD metrics
      • fulfillment of transferred orders + special orders
      • processing of returns
    • Inventory Maintenance
      • ensures stock shelves are always well-replenished
      • accurate inventory reporting - by providing the morning stock level count, bi-weekly cycle counts, and monthly physical counts
      • transport and organization of stock received
      • conduct spot checks for quality-control
    • Assembly Projects
      • stock build of necessary WIP goods
      • stock build of necessary collaterals
      • training of temporary personnel for assembly projects
    • Maintenance
      • maintains organization and cleanliness of storage area and work area;
      • ensure that equipment is appropriately used

    Qualifications

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to learn quickly with minimal instruction
    • Ability to manage time and prioritize work assignments
    • Ability to pay attention to fine details
    • Must be passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience
    • Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
