Position Summary
This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. HR Corporate Interns will have an increased likelihood to receive a post-graduation offer for the full-time HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). The HRLDP is a three-year rotational program based out of Hartford, CT for year one and either Hartford, CT or Woonsocket, RI for years two and three.
The Summer 2025 program will run May 28th - August 8th, 2025.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
The hourly rate is $23/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

Our summer internship roles will vary based on the team you are assigned to work with. Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within Human Resource and you are aligned to projects that you may lead or contribute to. Examples of past internship work include developing talent acquisition strategies, colleague annual satisfaction survey results analysis and action planning, talent calibration, talent development, talent acquisition, diversity recruiting, analytics, employee engagement, payroll and tax.
