    Marketing Leadership Development Program (Conversion)

    Location: Woonsocket, RI; Hartford, CT; New York City, NY; Chicago, IL

    Starting Salary: 34.14 per Hour

    The Marketing Leadership Development Program is a full-time, dynamic, three-year rotational program designed to develop individuals entering the Marketing field into future leaders. The program will help you hone your marketing skills while providing you with exposure to our enterprise strategy, culture and way of working, establishing a strong foundation from which to build a rewarding and impactful career at CVS Health.

    You will participate in accelerated development through compelling and challenging projects, career coaching, networking, and exposure to senior leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on each rotation, but are designed to provide exposure and build expertise across key marketing pillars (e.g., operations, strategy, creative, etc.) and business units (e.g., CVS Health Retail, Aetna Health Insurance, Caremark Prescription Benefits, CVS Media Exchange, etc.

    Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. (Program-specific information about locations). Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.

    Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
    • Have a willingness to relocate if needed

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Be interested in the way marketing impacts consumer behavior and drives business results
    • Internship or work experience supporting Marketing functions of an organization or group area. Examples include content creation, media planning, creative, marketing strategy)
    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
    • Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Products

    Education:

    You must meet the follow qualifications:

    • Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by start date June 2025 or equivalent experience
    • Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related major.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $21.10 - $49.08

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
