Accra is seeking an individual to represent the PCA Choice program services in our Hopkins location. **** This job requires you to be in the field meeting with applicants and families in their home for approx. 90% of the time**** DUTIES: * Promote Accras Stat Start Service by assisting customers and applicants with the application process, conducting background checks and capturing fingerprints in applicants homes. * Submit application and employee documentation to Human Resources in a timely manner. * Answer application and Human Resource related questions for customers in person or via phone and email providing excellent customer service. * Work collaboratively with (office) HR Department on application statuss while in the field * (In Office) Complete the NetStudy 2.0 Fingerprinting process, and support HR department as needed QUALIFICATIONS: * Looking for personality! Must be able to adapt to all environments * Must be willing to drive year-round in the Metro Twin Cities * 1 year experience working with individuals having developmental disabilities; 2 year degree preferred but not required. * Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus * Maintain excellent communication with families, applicants and HR Department * Advanced organizational skills
