    Job Description

    Rapid Reliable Testing is a venture of Ambulnz Holdings that leverages Ambulnz's institutional experience working in partnership with Dr. Mark A. Merlin and MD1 Medical Care PC to bring additional services to help our communities manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Merlin is one of the foremost authorities in out-of-hospital physician responsive services, both regionally and nationally.  Ambulnz Holdings, LLC is a holding company with healthcare transportation subsidiaries in eight States and the United Kingdom. We employ over 1,300 highly-skilled medical professionals, including EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses and Physicians. Ambulnz is also the largest private ambulance company responding to COVID-19 in NYC, and has transported over 10,000 patients with COVID-19 nationally.

    We are bringing innovation to a stagnant industry and are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Responsible for accurately entering charges, generating invoices, identifying and resolving billing errors, ensuring compliance with client requirements, resolving billing questions, correcting data entry and errors
    • Bill invoices in a timely and accurate manner
    • Analyze invoices and client's orders and/or supporting documentation for accuracy
    • Reconciles invoice issues by following up with account managers
    • Exercise high attention to detail while auditing the accuracy of billing information
    • Be responsive – respond to client account inquiries and billing questions
    • Invoice via billing software or paper copy, weekly or monthly to ensure efficient cash flow
    • Reconciles all payments issued by clients against open invoices in the billing system
    • Manages account receivables from clients as applicable, generating and analyzing receivables reports, reporting problem areas to Manager
    • Produces weekly financial Account receivable reports representing all receivables by
    • clients and line of business by state
    • Ability to work both independently with minimal direction and within project teams
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks at various levels of complexity
    • Strives to meet or exceed determined deadlines
    • Performs other duties as required

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma/General Education equivalent required
    • Associate's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years in billing /invoice experience
    • Sound knowledge of accounting systems like Oracle/NetSuite and other billing systems
    • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to resolve discrepancies in the billing system

    • Familiarity with invoicing procedures, accounts payable procedures and practices
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize them to meet deadlines
