Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include: * Answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate person. * Filing patient charts and correspondence. * Delivering appropriate paper work to doctors, scan technician, historians, etc. * Assembling charts, check in/out patients including: explaining paperwork to be filled out, taking payments, selling merchandise, etc., various administrative tasks, i.e. copying and faxing as requested. * Orders various supplies for clinic as directed * Support clinic outreach manager with inside sales initiatives * This job description is subject to change at any time by management. Interactions: Interacts frequently with patients, clinic personnel and outside referral sources personnel by telephone, correspondence and personal contact.
