The role will support one of the three teams within ECM: Commercial, Government, or Contract Solutions with the requirements listed below.

    Johnson & Johnson’s Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) organization supports operations across all the Johnson & Johnson. GSCS strives to deliver outstanding customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, the GSCS organization coordinates critical business enablers, including how we gather and lead supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, they are a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

    The JJHCS ECM organization sits within the GSCS organization and provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions.

    JJHCS ECM serves to be the center of excellence for contracting, delivering best in class solutions for Commercial Healthcare, Government & Regulatory​ Industries, risk mitigation & governance oversight including systems, processes and training. ECM delivers high quality, efficient and compliant contracting solutions and services that enable our Business Partners, leverages our strengths, and harmonizes best practices to drive growth across the contract continuum.

    As an Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to:

    • Support specific ECM department goals and responsibilities, role may support one of the following areas: Government, Commercial, or Contracting Solutions.
    • Demonstrate a customer service mentality and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate effective communication skills with an ability to make the complex simple.
    • Regularly communicate in all directions to keep associates, peers and management advised of payment status, deadlines and process improvements.
    • Assume leadership roles on teams and projects within and across departments focused on improving the contract management process that streamline and improve current procedures.
    • Support key departmental projects by utilizing business knowledge, systems, good decision-making skills and project management skills.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operating Companies and field personnel, and provide a high level of customer service.
    • Transfer knowledge within the department, across departments and to Operating Companies, while understanding the impact of actions on processes across multiple business partners.
    • Apply strong analytical skills to discuss contracting data and information with a broad range of associates in J&J and with outside organizations.
    • Troubleshoot problems of various complexities with limited supervision and demonstrate high levels of analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand systems and processes.
    • Run and analyze reports and perform SOX analysis, as well as build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as needed.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher required

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
    Required:

    • Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience ( provide example for relevant exp)
    • Proven ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deliverables and deadlines
    • Experience with data analytics, including analysis, interpretation, and addressing leadership
    • Proven ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners
    • Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros

    Preferred:

    • Contract development and/or contracting system experience including understanding of business process development
    • Working experience in business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, or contract analytics
    • Financial and audit controls knowledge, including knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SOPs & WIs.
    • Project management experience/skills
    • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    63,000 to 102,350 USD$

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    · The anticipated salary for this position will be between 63,000 to 102,350 USD$ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
