We are searching for the best talent for Analyst, US Export to be in Raritan, New Jersey.
This role is responsible for providing analytical, project, and operational support to deliver outstanding Export Customer Service to Johnson & Johnson Affiliates/Customers through compliant and efficient processes to meet specific end-country requirements. Requires collaboration and partnership with international affiliates, customers, and operating companies as well as key business partners across the Johnson & Johnson Global Supply Chain: Plan, Source, Make and Deliver. Strong regional and global partnership is required with Inter-Region Transportation, Global Trade Compliance, Distribution, and Global Deliver Segment!
The Analyst will be required to perform the following as advised by Manager:
Lead analytical project and business support for all Business Units within the Export Center of Excellence applying Project Management, Lean Methodologies, and efficiency tools.
Lead Export analytics, including the Monthly Scorecard, data gathering and delivery to DELIVER, International Affiliates, and Customers.
Lead within the Export Analyst Council to triage and develop or enhance digital tools for existing and/or new opportunities within Export.
Proactive problem identification and solution development to a variety of problems of broad scope and complexity using existing policies and methodologies for guidance. Finds opportunities and implements solutions that drive team performance.
Support the usage and maintenance of analytical systems and processes to help drive resolution to existing issues and/or new opportunities.
The Export Analyst processes incoming orders, handles logistics to optimize cost and service, and conducts detailed analysis on order and supply chain issues using sophisticated systems and process excellence tools applicable to Order Management System.
Facilitates collaboration between Affiliate Planners, Affiliate Demand Analysts, and US Supply Planners; Communicates in all directions to keep associates, peers, and Management advised of project status, process changes, and opportunities. Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
Responds to and resolves complex and raised customer issues implementing process improvements through multi-functional collaboration. Includes collaborating with customers to drive the achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals.
May be directed to work non-standard hours due to Global affiliate business needs.
Perform other activities as assigned and required.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Supply Chain knowledge or experience
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel; ability to create V-Lookups, Pivot Tables
Experience developing and maintaining key performance indicators and dashboards using data visualization tools/ applications (i.e., Power BI, etc.)
Experience leading or supporting projects
Requires up to 10% domestic travel.
Preferred:
Advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum two (2) or more years of relevant work experience
Experience communicating large data sets
Experience in Order Management, Global Trade Compliance, Transportation, Quality, and/or Planning
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 – $110,000 annually.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
