Paraprofessional Antea Group 34 reviews - Rancho Cordova, CA Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking to fill a full-time Paraprofessional, based in our Sacramento, CA office. This position will provide a broad range of project and office support assignments. Candidates must possess strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written) and a demonstrated drive for continuous improvement. Core components of the role include: administrative tasks supporting local and regional office teams. Duties include but are not limited to: * Prepare and submit underground storage tank reimbursement claims for multiple states and clients. * Create and edit written company correspondence in an accurate and grammatically correct manner.

• Perform data/word processing tasks, including computer edits of documents. * Create, edit, enhance, and ensure accuracy in complex spreadsheets, forms, presentations, and management data. * Guards and protects the confidentiality of all information and documents. * Provide timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned. * Maintain accurate and smartly organized documentation in both electronic and hard copy. * Conduct copying, faxing and scanning of large mailings.
