    Purpose:

    The Associate Director, Medical Information Integration, Payer and Health Systems is accountable for the development and dissemination of Medical Information customer materials, across the assigned Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) portfolio of products, to Payer and Health System accounts.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Acting as the primary Medical Information point of contact to key Payer and Health Systems, and leading the development and timely dissemination of tailored, evidence-based scientific materials that convey the clinical and health economic information and value for assigned products across the JJIM portfolio.
    • Leading the development of AMCP standard and pre-approval dossiers, Medicaid formulary requests, and custom responses across the assigned portfolio of products working collaboratively with Medical Information, Medical Affairs, and Real-World Value & Evidence (RW V&E).
    • Supporting the development and dissemination of scientific information in support of JJIM products to Clinical Decision Resource Organizations (CDROs) in partnership with Medical Communication Therapeutic Teams, RW V&E SCG, and Medical Affairs
    • Acting as the JJIM medical information primary point of contact for drug compendia and clinical Pathway Developers (CPDs).

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Pharmacy is required.
    • Masters or PharmD degree in Pharmacy is highly preferred.
    • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Information or Health Economics and Outcomes Research is required
    • Experience in National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and Clinical Pathway policies, submission, and manufacturers engagement process is required.
    • Strong knowledge of Medical Information process, medical writing, clinical response creation experiences are required
    • Expertise in the healthcare industry, clinical knowledge or practice across multiple therapeutic areas is required.
    • Excellence in leadership skills, collaboration in a matrix environment, influencing and communication (both written and presentation) are required
    • Experience with product value assessment by Health Technology Assessment (HTAs) Organization is preferred
    • Working knowledge of United States health care systems and payers - specifically understanding business models and perspectives of managed care and public sector - is preferred.

    This position will require up to 15% domestic travel.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
