    We are searching for the best talent for an **Associate Director, Real World Value and Evidence - Hematology, to be based in Horsham, PA. **

    Purpose:

    In this in-house position, the Associate Director, RWV&E, will be responsible for conducting real-world evidence generation and dissemination activities for assigned therapeutic areas, pipelines, and marketed products or indications, within J&J Hematology Franchise. This individual will contribute to market access scientific strategies and payer value propositions in assigned areas of responsibilities, and work in close collaboration with the respective cross-functional teams to support market access for our products.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate rigorous scientific data, and contribute to the development of dissemination plans, as aligned with the Integrated Evidence Team (IET), to support the RWV&E strategic plans for the assigned therapeutic areas
    • Manage research studies, market access analytics & activities, and other related projects, as aligned with the IET and for other business needs
    • Ensure quality of design, execution, and publication of real-world evidence studies, and quality of models & tools developed for business partners
    • Represent RWV&E on cross-functional teams with business partners, such as Real-World Research, Real-World Analytics, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Commercial Excellence, Epidemiology, Government Affairs and Policy, New Business Development, and other J&J Operating Companies, as needed
    • Develop a deep understanding of US payer needs and integrate such insights, in partnership with RWV&E Field and other business partners, into payer communication materials
    • Champion the approvals of new presentation materials and handling of administrative responsibilities, as needed
    • Contribute to the execution of RWV&E activities and market access supporting activities such as shaping payer communication materials to support market access scientific strategies and payer value propositions in assigned areas of responsibility. Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal, and commercial regulations (for example Contract Pricing Committee, Copy Approval Committee) in conducting research and dissemination of scientific information

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • A master’s degree in health economics, pharmacoepidemiology, statistics, health policy, pharmacy, or related fields is required. A Doctorate is preferred
    • A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in the pharma or healthcare industry, preferably in health economics, epidemiology, real-world analytics, market access, or related functions
    • Experience in executing projects using various types of real-world data or conducting economic models
    • Strong communication and presentation skills that can communicate research concepts and statistical results to both technical and non-technical audiences are required
    • Knowledge of US healthcare delivery and reimbursement and payor dynamics is desirable
    • Experience in working in a matrix team environment is required
    • This position is located in Horsham, PA, and will require ~10% for mostly domestic travel.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $137,000 - $235,750

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
